List things to be achieved before starting a divorce procedure
If you think of separating or of divorcing, here some practical measures which you can take as of your decision:
- To open a bank account with your name and to transfer the money starting from the common accounts.
- If you do not have credit cards with your name, make the request near your bank.
- If you do not have your social own security, you near the case of health insurance inform.
- Made photocopies of all the documents concerning you (income tax returns, bank statements, contracts, mortgages, appropriations, invoices, etc) while you in always have access there. Put them in safety in a place out of your house. Also think of the property, marriage contracts…
- If you do not work, update your C.V and begin research. Take appointment with ANPE. Start to prospect or follow a formation.
